Congratulations to second year DPT student, Alyse Hausman, who is the newly appointed 2019-2020 American Physical Therapy Association Core Ambassador for the state of Florida. As the Core Ambassador, her main role is to be the liaison between the APTA Student Assembly Board of Directors and all PT/PTA students in Florida.

Additionally,  she will be available to assist students with the planning of National Advocacy Dinners, APTA Value Talks, and much more. Alyse also welcomes students to reach out to her for feedback on how to grow in their professional development. This can include tips on navigating a national conference, refining a resume, or how to achieve the delicate balance between academics, extracurricular involvement, and self-care.

Her hard work and involvement in physical therapy is deserving of this appointment — congratulations Alyse!
