First year DPT student Josh Elam has been elected Chair of the Florida Physical Therapy Association (FPTA) Student Special Interest Group (SSIG). Elam was elected at the January 23rd FPTA Student Conclave and is the second UF student to serve in this position. The SSIG works to promote student membership, participation and leadership of students within the FPTA and to foster communication and collaboration of students between schools.
