Gwen Creel, PT, MHS, UFPT Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education, is the recipient of the 2013 Fred M. Rutan Outstanding Service Award. Creel received the award from the Florida Physical Therapy Association in recognition of contributions of a truly outstanding nature; performing outstanding service to the profession of physical therapy within the state of Florida; and for being a dominant force in activities which have significantly affected professional growth and development for FPTA members.
